Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MangalKing's online ordering service. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Service description
MangalKing operates an online ordering system for take-away (pickup) and dine-in food orders from our restaurant in Vilnius. Orders are prepared on-site and either collected by the customer at the counter or served at the assigned table.
2. Account and customer responsibilities
Creating an account requires a valid email or phone number and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Order process
You add items to your cart, select a pickup time, complete payment and receive an order confirmation. The restaurant accepts the order and provides an estimated ready time. Status updates are sent in real time. We may refuse or cancel orders that fail validation (out-of-stock items, closed store, invalid pickup slot).
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed by SEB / EveryPay and supports card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank-link methods. We never see or store full card details.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid order before the restaurant starts preparing it for a full refund. Once preparation has started, cancellation is at the restaurant's discretion. The restaurant may cancel orders for stock, equipment or quality reasons and will issue a full refund in such cases.
6. Allergens and liability
Allergen information is provided on the menu where available. Our kitchen handles common allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, sesame, eggs, fish, shellfish) and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Customers with serious allergies should contact the restaurant directly before ordering and note their requirements in the order comment.
7. Intellectual property
All brand assets, menu content, product photography and site design are the property of MangalKing or its licensors. They may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, regardless of conflict-of-law principles.
9. Disputes
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania. EU consumers also have access to the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
