Delivery & Return Terms

These terms cover how orders are fulfilled and how refunds work. Delivery to an address is not yet available — orders are collected at the restaurant or served at a table.

1. Fulfilment methods

We currently offer:

  • Take-away (pickup) — you arrive at the restaurant at your chosen time and collect at the counter
  • Dine-in — you provide a table number at checkout and we bring the order to your table
  • Courier delivery (planned for Phase 2) — terms will be updated when this launches

2. Preparation time

Most orders are ready within 15–30 minutes. During peak hours preparation can take up to 45 minutes. The restaurant confirms an estimated ready time after accepting your order and pushes a real-time "ready for pickup" notification.

3. Uncollected orders

If an order is not collected within 30 minutes of the ready notification, the restaurant may close the order. A reminder is sent 15 minutes before. Uncollected paid orders are not automatically refunded — contact the restaurant within the same business day to resolve the issue.

4. Refund policy

Refunds depend on the situation:

  • Quality issue (wrong cooking, missing or incorrect item): full refund or replacement at our cost
  • Customer change of mind before preparation starts: full refund
  • Customer change of mind after preparation starts: refund at the restaurant's discretion
  • Bank-side processing time: 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement

5. Wrong or missing items

6. Allergens and dietary requirements

Note any allergy or dietary requirement in the order comment field at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate; however, our kitchen handles common allergens and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Customers with severe allergies should also contact the restaurant directly.
